1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 399der platform and all its services. "399der", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating this platform. "User" and "you" refer to any person who accesses our site or uses our services.

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Documents may be requested at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use the 399der platform. Access is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. Age is verified at registration, and additional proof may be requested in cases of doubt.

Other eligibility conditions:

• You must use a mobile banking account (Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Online gaming must be legal in the country from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• Family members of 399der employees may be excluded from certain bonus offers.

4 Deposits and Payments

To make a deposit on 399der, you must use a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited, and any such transactions identified will not be refunded.

Accepted payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: Minimum BDT 200 to maximum BDT 50,000 per transaction
• Nagad: Minimum BDT 200 to maximum BDT 50,000 per transaction
• Rocket: Minimum BDT 200 to maximum BDT 30,000 per transaction
• Bank Transfer: Minimum BDT 1,000 to maximum BDT 200,000 per transaction
• USDT (TRC20/ERC20): Minimum equivalent of $5

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact customer support within 24 hours. 399der does not charge any additional fees on deposits, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal from 399der. Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your account has sufficient balance and all bonus wagering requirements have been met.

Withdrawal processing times:

• Mobile Banking / Nagad: Within 10 to 30 minutes
• Rocket: Within 30 minutes to 2 hours
• Bank Transfer: Within 2 to 24 hours
• USDT: Within 1 to 3 hours

The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000. VIP members are subject to separately defined limits. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. 399der may request additional documents for verification purposes.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

General rules for bonus use:

The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and each individual or household may claim it once. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399der platform. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Playing games using software bots, automation tools, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Bypassing the verification process using a false identity or forged documents.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

399der reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Suspicious financial activity is detected.
• Upon receiving an order from a court or regulatory authority.
• The user requests to close their own account.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time. Any eligible balance will be returned through the designated process, though active bonuses will be forfeited.

9 Responsible Gaming
